Eurotel Baguio

Should be more consistent to provide the food and drinks . Breakfast time everyday should be same … cannot be suddenly inform will close at 9am. Hotel location is very good

Towel should change everyday. Should clean up the room everyday.

Property weren't prompt with inquiries and questions. I chatted/emailed but didn't get a reply back from them. I hope they will do something about this moving forward.

Bed was not a queen sized one but 2 double or single beds put side by side, a gap in the middle could form

The foot rug is missing in the room. And the towels shouldn’t have charge.

Location is near town and the room was clean

2 beds, and its slim cushions, were pushed together to make one big bed.

The rooms and facilities

I stayed for 4 nights and extra availments have fees. They should change such sheets and towels for free or equivalent for numbers of nights. Additionally, availing iron has fee for about 50/her.

I like the breakfast buffet. It is really a value for money.

They agreed for a late check in which is 8pm but can’t extend my check out time for at least another 2-3hrs

CUSTOMER SERVICE! Staff were very prompt in addressing our concern/needs. Very strong water supply specially the hot water. Served good buffet breakfast.

Room maintenance is poor. Busted bulb, hair still on the floor after making up the room, Stained toilet ceiling. Cracked lavatory & toilet closet cover. Plus very high cabinet that u need to step on the chair in order 4u to hang your clothes & lastly no luggage rack considering that this is a business hotel. (I mention ALL of my observation based from the room I checked in for IMPROVEMENT purposes & not to critizise.

The room was good also the stuffs were helpful and responsive. The food selection was also great.

The bathtub has no filter so that you can’t stock water on it.

Place doesn’t reflect photos or positive reviews posted on line. Hotel is old and outdated. Tv remote didn’t work. Addressed issue with staff. Couldn’t get remote to work. After numerous complaints moved to another room. No toilet paper in room with mosquitoes. Addressed issue with staff. Staff provided paper towels as toilet paper. Mosquitoes issue never corrected. ????Provided breakfast not good at all. I’ve been to Baguio several times and by far this is the Worst hotel I’ve stayed in. This place never again....

Over all this property is nice to stay with, staffs are very friendly and accommodating. The room that we stayed is clean and well maintained, Good job!

We were unhappy with their supplier ( Booking.com ), we felt like been cheated as the original booked is Eurotel suites come with 30 Sqm room, but the hotel said that what we booked is a 24 Sqm Standard room. After we negotiate with the said property, we agreed to upgrade our room Eurotel Suites 2 next day as today their hotel is fully booked. As what they have promised, they have changed us to Eurotel Suites 2 on next day according and we are happy on this arrangement and we decided to extend another 1 more day there. We did show to the reception their supplier ( Booking.com ) still posting the Eurotel suites 2 as 36 Sqm, the hotel said they’ll report it again and ask their supplier to amend it accordingly. What we want to highlight here is ( Booking.com ) is misleading us by giving false information.

Rooms and area cleanliness is ok.

Reception staff unfriendly,keeps you waiting for a long time(check in,) luggages were very late to.be delivered in our room.I need go down again to follow up.Telephone is useless,its not working at all.

i like the location for it is in the city center. few blocks away from burnham park, session road, good taste restaurant and fast food chains like mc donalds, jollibee, chowking and 7-11. i love the warmth and hospitality of the staff. they will always greet and smile to you anytime of the day. very courteous. especially the front desk staff. we had a comfortable stay at Eurotel. affordable i must say. we paid P5,880 for a 4 day and 3 night stay through booking.com. but i will consider other hotels should i decide to have my next vacation in Baguio.

we stayed at room 412. room is ok. we get what we paid for. bed is quite huge ( queen size ) for a standard room though the sheets were thin and did not fit well with the mattress. blanket was also thin so it didn't give enough warmth on a cold night. there were 2 mattress put together to fit a queen size bed. they were so light that it always move around and we have to regularly arrange it. shower took 10 minutes to heat up which is quite inconvenient because aside from waiting, you get to waste a lot of water. toilet flush was not in a good condition though it's functioning. tv cable has bad reception. renovation is on going during they time. though they have a disclaimer / notice posted in the room, it is still irritating to hear some hammering on the walls especially during afternoon naps which we failed to do because of the noises. there is wifi inside the room and in the lobby and i must say it is fast. i was able to post some photos of our baguio escapade. but when i decided to update my iphone, it hanged. connection must have been lost. now, i cannot use my phone and have to bring it to the store to reset it. quite depressing but i cannot blame it to the hotel. buffet breakfast comes for free with our booking. but the regular rate costs 250 pesos. they serve filipino breakfast. it has an egg station, salad bar, cereals, bread and soup. juices are also available. just got kinda disappointed with their brewed coffee. it's like water. when we called the attention of one of the servers, he just nod but didn't do anything. he didn't even inform the manager to address our concern.

I like the friendliness and politeness of the staffs.

I didn’t like the fact that our room didn’t even have a phone, so if we needed to contact the reception I’d have to text them. The bathroom was filthy, especially the toilet bowl and the tub. It just looks clean at first glance but it was not. It made me uncomfortable to use the bathroom every single time. I was also disappointed at the size of the room, given that I booked a Suite, it didn’t look like a suite at all.

The bathroom could use some rugs as the floors get so wet bec there were no shower curtains. The A/C was not working properly, we just gave up after they are still unable to fix after tryibg 5 remote control. The booking says that we will get a queen sized bed, but got 2 twin size set side by side. It was hard to sleep as the middle part seem to part if you accidentally lie down on the exact middle portion of the bed. The breakfast buffet was sad. I asked for omelette from the egg station and they forgot. When I reminded the cook, all he had to say was "oo nga po e" and did not even apologize for forgetting nor offerred if I still wanted an omelette.

Staffs were very polite and nice. They immediately attended to our complaints. Delicious breakfast. Nice location.

There was a problem with the CR. Yung water sa shower and sa toilet bowl but the maintenance inmediately fixed it may tubig na but ayaw mag flush still manageable lng yung problem. Thanks Eurotel
